November 11, 2025- Veterans Day at Tootin' Hills

       - Our students will learn about and commemorate this important day at a morning assembly. We are offering our veterans some ways in which they can participate.

• • Veterans Day Writing Opportunity! - Students in grades 2-6 can submit an entry into our Veterans Day writing contest.  Two-three student entries will be chosen and those students will read their piece at the assembly. Entries due by Friday, October 24th. Submit an entry here!

  • Lunch with your child - if you’d like to join your child(ren) for lunch, please fill out this form by Wednesday, 11/5.  

  • Veterans can upload a picture and caption to this slide show by Friday, 11/7. This side show will be shared on the TV in the main lobby throughout the day as well as at our student assembly.  If you contributed to this slide last year, I kept the info in for you and updated based on the child(ren) you currently have here at TH.

  • Veterans may join our student assembly. Please arrive at TH for 8:30 am to sign in at the main office. The assembly is from 8:40 - 9:10 am. No need to RSVP.
